Graphic design
Create a consistent visual system that works in the places the business actually uses it. Clear hierarchy and readable text matter more than adding decoration.

In short
What does Graphic design involve?
Graphic design creates brand, social, advertising and print graphics in a consistent style.
When Graphic design is a useful fit
Businesses needing regular creative
Agree formats and approval rounds for the creative the team regularly needs.
Brands refreshing their look
Develop a coherent visual system using approved brand assets and actual applications.
Marketing teams
Prepare editable or production-ready outputs appropriate to each agreed channel.
Problems worth addressing first
Use these situations to identify the work that deserves attention before expanding the scope.
- Graphics look inconsistent
- Design requests wait too long
A practical example
A campaign can use one recognisable layout across social graphics, an email header and a presentation while adapting text and dimensions to each format.
This is an illustrative scenario to explain the approach, not a claimed client project.
The work we can include
The final quote identifies the deliverables, quantities, approvals and exclusions. Select the work that serves your goal rather than assuming every item is required.
- Brand assets and guidelines
- Social and ad graphics
- Presentations and print
- Monthly design support
Where we usually begin
Formats, source files, licences, revisions and brand assets are agreed. Print production, photography and video editing are separately scoped.
Practical detail
One brief, two useful formats
An illustrative service promotion starts with an approved message and a real contact action. Its website and social versions should remain legible instead of simply cropping the same design.
| Part of the work | Example output | How to review it |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | Audience, purpose, required message and permitted assets | The owner approves the factual content before visual production. |
| Website version | Readable layout at the intended placement size | The main information does not depend on tiny embedded text. |
| Social version | Adapted hierarchy, safe margins and contact route | The message remains understandable in the feed placement. |
| Delivery pack | Final formats and editable files where agreed | Fonts, stock assets and usage rights are identified. |
Revision rounds and file ownership follow the actual terms. Approved source assets make later adaptations easier; an exported image does not automatically include every editable element.
Design assets that communicate at their published size
Graphic design should begin with the message and destination. A website card, social post and presentation slide have different space and readability needs. The same visual cannot always be resized without reconsidering the information hierarchy.
Agree the supplied copy, brand assets, dimensions and publication rights before production. A design brief should identify the essential information and any factual claims requiring approval. Source files and reusable templates are delivery decisions, not automatic extras.
Review contrast, text size and image quality in the actual setting. Keep icons and decorations subordinate to the message. An asset may be visually approved while its wording still awaits factual approval; record both states before publication.
Free growth review
Start with a clear scope and a practical next step.
Tell us what you want to improve and share the relevant website or project details. We will review the starting point, recommend a suitable scope and provide a custom quote.
The initial review is free. Delivery, third-party charges and ongoing support are quoted separately.
Process
How the work is delivered
Review the starting point
Review the current setup, examples of the problem and the information needed to agree the work.
Agree scope and sign-off
We identify the bottleneck in the customer journey and review the available evidence. The plan separates the changes worth making now from ideas that need further validation.
Deliver and review
Delivery follows an agreed scope and approval process. Reporting explains what changed, what the data supports and where further work or measurement is needed.
Hand over the next steps
Review the agreed outputs together. Confirm what your team maintains and what needs a separate ongoing arrangement.
What progress should mean
Measures that match the work
Check legibility, brand consistency and delivery of the agreed file formats. Campaign performance depends on the message, audience and distribution too.
A record of delivery
See what was completed, reviewed and still dependent on access or approvals. Project delivery and business results are reported separately.
Clear limits in the data
We explain what can be verified and where a result is only an estimate. Contact clicks, conversations and sales are different actions.
Scope and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your business accounts and approved deliverables under the agreed contract. Any third-party licences, subscriptions or usage fees are identified before you commit.
Will we receive editable design files?
That should be specified in the proposal along with formats, fonts and asset licences. Editable sources, exported files and future revisions are different deliverables. Agree what your team needs to reuse the work before production starts.
Do we receive editable source files?
Only when included in the quote. Specify required formats and any third-party font or stock-asset restrictions before work begins.
How many revisions are included?
The agreement sets the rounds and approval owner. A new message, format family or visual direction can require a separate scope.
Do you design logos?
Yes, as part of brand assets.
How is Graphic design priced?
We quote against your goals, current setup and agreed scope. The quote separates delivery from third-party costs and ongoing support. You receive a custom quote within 2 working days.
How long does the work take?
The timeline follows the size of the agreed scope, access, content and approvals. We confirm milestones in the quote; a simple change and a full implementation need different schedules.
How will we communicate?
Your point of contact agrees a review rhythm with you. We use email, WhatsApp and scheduled calls, with decisions and scope changes recorded clearly.
What do you need to get started?
Share your current website or system, your main goal and examples of what is not working. We then agree the access and information needed for discovery.
Is everything included in the free review?
No. The free initial review helps define the next step. Detailed research, design, implementation and ongoing support are included only when stated in your quote.
