Tangensys • Plan, deliver, measure
How we work
Understand the goal, agree the scope, deliver with clear approvals and review the evidence.
A clear route from plan to delivery

From first enquiry to delivery
Understand the starting point
Share the website or system, the customers you want to reach and the obstacle you need to solve. We identify the useful information and access needed for a review.
Agree the plan and quote
The quote states deliverables, fees, milestones, inputs, approvals and exclusions. Advertising spend and third-party charges are identified separately.
Deliver with review points
We work through the agreed priorities and request approval where needed. New requirements go through a change discussion rather than silently expanding the original scope.
Review and hand over
Check the outputs against the scope and review the available results. Decide what your team maintains and which ongoing work needs a separate arrangement.

Keep responsibilities clear
Your business
Supply accurate service facts, content access and an approval owner.
Tangensys
Explain the proposed work, complete the agreed deliverables and flag blockers.
Together
Agree priorities, review dates, measurement definitions and scope changes.
The process adapts to the service
An audit ends with findings and an actionable handover. An ongoing campaign needs review and reporting. A development project needs sign-off checks and a release plan.
We use the same principle of clear responsibility across them, while defining the actual deliverables and measures for the service.
Practical detail
A scope becomes a sign-off note
This hypothetical record shows how a requirement can move through approval. It is an operating example, not a completed client project.
| Question | Example record | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | Improve one service enquiry journey | Name the audience, page and intended accepted action. |
| Inputs | Approved service facts, site access and a reviewer | Record missing information instead of inventing it. |
| Output | Reviewed copy, agreed changes and supported tracking checks | Distinguish a draft, approval and live release. |
| Sign-off | The published page matches scope and the contact path passes review | Keep failures and deferred tasks visible in the handover. |
When a requirement changes
A revision corrects or refines the agreed output. A new page type, business rule or integration may change the scope. Record the requested change, its dependencies and the decision before committing to a new delivery date.
If access or client approval is delayed, the plan should make that dependency visible. Reporting work as complete while it is still waiting for publication obscures the real status.
How quickly do you quote?
We provide a custom quote within 2 working days after reviewing the requirement. If the scope needs further discovery, we explain that before proposing implementation.
What if the requirements change?
We discuss the effect on scope, cost and timing, then record the agreed change.
Who approves content?
Your nominated contact approves business facts and claims. Specialist content goes through your qualified reviewer where appropriate.
How do you measure success?
We agree measures that match the work and explain their limitations. Activity totals and confirmed business outcomes are kept separate.
