Tangensys • Plan, deliver, measure
White-label PPC for agencies
Bring paid-campaign delivery into your agency workflow without losing control of client accounts or spend. Tangensys supports campaign planning, setup, testing and reporting, with your agency approving the offer, budget and launch.

Delivery your account manager can explain
Campaign activity is only useful when the destination, measurement and client response are ready. An account can generate many inexpensive form entries while the sales team receives unsuitable enquiries. A good agency brief connects the offer, audience, landing page, outcome definition and qualification feedback. That gives campaign decisions a stronger basis than clicks or an attractive dashboard alone.

Where this support fits your agency
Agencies adding campaign support
Commission a small, clearly defined campaign or account review while retaining the client conversation. Identify the platform, approved offer and budget authority first. The proposal separates setup work from ongoing management.
Teams taking over an existing account
Review ownership, current settings and conversion behavior before expanding spend. Keep a record of inherited problems and approved changes so the client can understand the transition.
Agencies needing ongoing delivery capacity
Use a repeatable review routine for active accounts while account managers provide lead-quality feedback. Agreed capacity and approval responsibilities help prevent urgent changes being spread across unconnected messages.
What the agreed PPC work can include
Use these areas to shape the brief. Your proposal identifies the actual outputs and who implements, approves and maintains them.
Account review and campaign brief
Review the agreed account, website and business objective. Identify the audience, available offer, existing campaigns and important restrictions. The output explains the starting recommendation and the assumptions behind it. An inherited account may need measurement or destination fixes before a new campaign is appropriate.
Campaign structure and assets
Build the agreed campaign structure with relevant targeting, exclusions, messages and destinations. Creative supply and landing-page production are identified separately so a campaign is not blocked by an unassigned task. Your agency approves factual claims and branding before launch; platform approval remains a separate process.
Conversion setup and launch testing
Define the action that counts as an accepted enquiry or supported purchase, then test the available setup. A submitted form should not be counted when validation fails. Phone and WhatsApp link clicks have their own labels; confirmed calls or conversations require a suitable integration. Document consent and access dependencies affecting measurement.
Regular campaign review
Review available search terms, audience performance, destinations, spend and outcome quality. Changes should be connected to a reason and recorded for the account manager. The scope defines who can adjust budgets and which decisions need approval. Sales feedback can reveal problems that platform conversion totals do not explain.
Reporting and account handover
Report media spend separately from management charges and external tools. Explain accepted conversions, available qualification feedback, material changes and the next tests. Ecommerce measures can include revenue and return on ad spend where tracking supports them. Neither a revenue ratio nor a low enquiry cost automatically establishes profit.
Deliverables
What your agency receives
Each white-label PPC engagement produces records your team can check before anything reaches your client.
Each month or milestone
- A change log of bids, budgets and ad tests across all campaigns
- For search campaigns, where applicable: a search-term review and the negative keywords added, with reasons
- For Performance Max campaigns: notes on asset groups, audience signals and any feed or asset issues
- For Standard Shopping campaigns: product feed issues, product group structure, bids and product performance
- For Meta and other social campaigns: creative and audience test results, with placement and frequency notes
- Budget pacing notes so overspend or underspend is flagged early
- A report in your agency’s format, with contact clicks shown separately from completed enquiries
Approvals
How handover and client approval work
Your agency stays in charge of the client relationship. Our general process is explained on the white-label services page.
Approval steps
- New ad copy and landing pages are approved by your agency, and by your client where needed, before they go live.
- Budget increases and new campaigns need your agency’s approval.
- Ad spend is paid by your client directly to Google, Meta or Microsoft; we do not hold client budgets.
- Accounts stay owned by your client; we work through your manager account or the access you grant.
Communication and data
- Most coordination happens by email and your project board, with calls arranged during working hours in India.
- Access to client accounts and data is limited to what the work needs and is documented.
Pricing
What affects the quote
Invoices are raised in rupees and include GST where it applies.
Main cost factors for white-label PPC
- Number of client accounts and campaigns
- Platforms involved (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn)
- Monthly spend and account complexity
- Whether tracking needs to be set up or repaired
- Creative production and reporting frequency
Free agency delivery review
Start with a clear scope and a practical next step.
Share your agency’s services, the client workload and the part of delivery you want support with. We’ll recommend a workable first engagement and provide a quote.
The initial review is free. Delivery, third-party charges and ongoing support are quoted separately.
How is white-label PPC priced?
Management is quoted in rupees for the scope: number of accounts, platforms, campaign complexity and any tracking work. Ad spend is paid by your client directly to the platforms and is not part of our fee. You receive a custom quote within 2 working days of reviewing the brief.
How soon can work start?
Work starts once the brief, access and approval contacts are agreed. The proposal confirms the start date and the timing of the first deliverable, which depends on the scope and your client’s availability.
Who pays the ad spend?
Your client pays the advertising platform directly. Our fee covers management only.
Can you work inside our manager account?
Yes. We work through your Google Ads manager account or Meta Business access, so the accounts stay under your agency and client.
Do you set up conversion tracking?
Yes, where the account needs it. Completed actions are tracked separately from call and WhatsApp clicks.
Do you write the ad copy and creative?
We write ad copy and can prepare simple creative; your agency approves everything before launch.
How quickly do you handle urgent changes?
We agree a response time for urgent changes, such as pausing a campaign, when the engagement starts.
What happens if a client changes the brief?
We pause the affected work, agree the change with your agency and confirm any effect on scope, timing or cost before continuing.
