Delivery your account manager can explain
The agency’s campaign review should connect what happened in the account with what the client received. That requires an approved offer, a working destination and usable feedback from the person following up enquiries. We organise the first scope around those inputs, giving your UK account manager a review record that explains campaign decisions and the client actions still needed.
Where this support fits your agency
Agencies starting a new client campaign
Prepare one approved offer and destination before building the account structure. The client-facing manager supplies commercial facts and confirms media authority. The delivery review checks whether measurement and follow-up are ready for the proposed test.
Teams replacing an existing campaign supplier
Document account ownership, inherited settings and the meaning of current conversions. Resolve handover questions before making broad changes. Your agency should have a baseline and approved priorities it can explain to the client.
Agencies managing ongoing lead campaigns
Provide qualification feedback from the client alongside platform observations. Regular review can then address unsuitable requests, unclear landing pages or slow responses as well as campaign settings. Your account manager owns the client decisions.
What the agreed PPC work can include
Use these areas to shape the brief. Your proposal identifies the actual outputs and who implements, approves and maintains them.
Campaign review and first-test plan
Assess the offer, account setup and current destination to identify a useful starting test. Record the proposed audience, budget assumptions and measurement requirements. Your agency approves the commercial claims and launch decision, while any missing creative or website work is assigned before production.
Build and asset coordination
Prepare the agreed targeting, messages and destinations using approved material. Identify whether the client, agency or delivery team supplies each creative asset. Landing-page revisions are tracked alongside campaign preparation so an approved advertisement does not lead to an outdated offer or an untested contact route.
Measurement before launch
Test the agreed accepted action and keep contact clicks under separate labels. If a form fails, its event should not imply a completed request. Confirmed calls and conversations need a suitable supported setup. The agency receives the test evidence and outstanding consent or configuration dependencies before approving spend.
Review with client feedback
Connect campaign observations to the client’s account feedback, including suitability and the follow-up process. Document changes and explain what they are intended to test. Budget authority remains explicit; a delivery user should not infer permission to expand spend from access alone.
Client-ready campaign reporting
Explain media costs, supported conversions, material changes and the next review priorities. Management charges and additional production are identified separately. Where the campaign sells products, relevant revenue ratios need measurement and margin context. The report should help the account manager discuss value without claiming that a platform total proves profit.
Deliverables
What your agency receives
Each white-label PPC engagement produces records your team can check before anything reaches your client.
Each month or milestone
- A change log of bids, budgets and ad tests across all campaigns
- For search campaigns, where applicable: a search-term review and the negative keywords added, with reasons
- For Performance Max campaigns: notes on asset groups, audience signals and any feed or asset issues
- For Standard Shopping campaigns: product feed issues, product group structure, bids and product performance
- For Meta and other social campaigns: creative and audience test results, with placement and frequency notes
- Budget pacing notes so overspend or underspend is flagged early
- A report in your agency’s format, with contact clicks shown separately from completed enquiries
Approvals
How handover and client approval work
Your agency stays in charge of the client relationship. Our general process is explained on the white-label services page.
Approval steps
- New ad copy and landing pages are approved by your agency, and by your client where needed, before they go live.
- Budget increases and new campaigns need your agency’s approval.
- Ad spend is paid by your client directly to Google, Meta or Microsoft; we do not hold client budgets.
- Accounts stay owned by your client; we work through your manager account or the access you grant.
Communication and data
- Most coordination happens by email and your project board; calls are arranged in hours that overlap with the UK working day, agreed at the start.
- A data processing agreement covering UK GDPR is agreed before we access client accounts or data.

Free agency delivery review
Start with a clear scope and a practical next step.
Share your agency’s services, the client workload and the part of delivery you want support with. We’ll recommend a workable first engagement and provide a quote.
The initial review is free. Delivery, third-party charges and ongoing support are quoted separately.
How is white-label PPC priced?
Management is quoted in pounds for the scope: number of accounts, platforms, campaign complexity and any tracking work. Ad spend is paid by your client directly to the platforms and is not part of our fee. You receive a custom quote within 2 working days of reviewing the brief.
How soon can work start?
Work starts once the brief, access and approval contacts are agreed. The proposal confirms the start date and the timing of the first deliverable, which depends on the scope and your client’s availability.
Who pays the ad spend?
Your client pays the advertising platform directly. Our fee covers management only.
Can you work inside our manager account?
Yes. We work through your Google Ads manager account or Meta Business access, so the accounts stay under your agency and client.
Do you set up conversion tracking?
Yes, where the account needs it. Completed actions are tracked separately from call and WhatsApp clicks.
Do you write the ad copy and creative?
We write ad copy and can prepare simple creative; your agency approves everything before launch.
How quickly do you handle urgent changes?
We agree a response time for urgent changes, such as pausing a campaign, when the engagement starts.
What happens if a client changes the brief?
We pause the affected work, agree the change with your agency and confirm any effect on scope, timing or cost before continuing.
