Delivery your account manager can explain
A campaign account needs an outcome definition that your agency and the client use consistently. A click, a submitted inquiry and a sales-qualified opportunity answer different questions. Begin with that distinction, then connect the campaign brief to the destination and the team receiving responses. Your US account manager can use the resulting record to review performance and request the next business decision.
Where this support fits your agency
Agencies taking responsibility for an account
Establish access ownership, approved spending and the current tracking definition before changing campaigns. The transition record shows inherited issues and the first accepted action, giving the client a clear account of the handoff.
Teams with lead-quality concerns
Bring the client’s qualification rules and feedback into the brief. The review can then distinguish a measurement problem from targeting, an unclear offer or slow follow-up. A cheaper submission is not necessarily a better prospect.
Agencies coordinating several client markets
Use the business’s actual markets and separate approval responsibilities where required. Your agency supplies offer differences and factual coverage. The campaign record should make those decisions visible instead of assuming every region uses the same destination.
What the agreed PPC work can include
Use these areas to shape the brief. Your proposal identifies the actual outputs and who implements, approves and maintains them.
A campaign brief with defined authority
Identify the offer, audience, account owner and spending approval. Review the available website and account evidence before recommending the first test. Record creative, destination and integration dependencies so your agency can determine whether a campaign is ready to launch or needs preparatory work.
Approved campaign and destination work
Build the agreed structure and messages around the client’s supported offer. Exclusions, creative formats and landing-page responsibilities form part of the scope. The agency approves claims and assets, with provider review handled separately. An additional location or audience can require its own business and destination decision.
Conversion and failure-state checks
Validate the supported inquiry or purchase action in the agreed setup. Test unsuccessful and repeat submissions where relevant, and record consent or integration limits. Phone and messaging clicks remain distinct from completed contacts. The launch record should show what was tested rather than merely state that tracking exists.
Regular optimization with a change record
Review available account signals and client feedback, then document the reason for meaningful changes. Use the agreed approval route for budget decisions. Destination problems and sales follow-up issues are raised to their owners, giving the account manager a broader explanation than campaign settings alone.
An account summary for business review
Report spend, supported outcomes, quality feedback and unresolved tests using consistent definitions. Revenue and return-on-spend observations are interpreted alongside the client’s costs where available. The summary identifies what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain and which action needs agency or client approval.
Deliverables
What your agency receives
Each white-label PPC engagement produces records your team can check before anything reaches your client.
Each month or milestone
- A change log of bids, budgets and ad tests across all campaigns
- For search campaigns, where applicable: a search-term review and the negative keywords added, with reasons
- For Performance Max campaigns: notes on asset groups, audience signals and any feed or asset issues
- For Standard Shopping campaigns: product feed issues, product group structure, bids and product performance
- For Meta and other social campaigns: creative and audience test results, with placement and frequency notes
- Budget pacing notes so overspend or underspend is flagged early
- A report in your agency’s format, with contact clicks shown separately from completed inquiries
Approvals
How handover and client approval work
Your agency stays in charge of the client relationship. Our general process is explained on the white-label services page.
Approval steps
- New ad copy and landing pages are approved by your agency, and by your client where needed, before they go live.
- Budget increases and new campaigns need your agency’s approval.
- Ad spend is paid by your client directly to Google, Meta or Microsoft; we do not hold client budgets.
- Accounts stay owned by your client; we work through your manager account or the access you grant.
Communication and data
- Most coordination happens by email and your project board; calls are arranged in hours that overlap with your US time zone, agreed at the start.
- Access to client accounts and data is limited, documented and covered by the confidentiality terms you require.
Pricing
What affects the quote
Work is quoted in dollars, with invoicing terms agreed in the proposal.
Main cost factors for white-label PPC
- Number of client accounts and campaigns
- Platforms involved (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn)
- Monthly spend and account complexity
- Whether tracking needs to be set up or repaired
- Creative production and reporting frequency

The initial review is free. Delivery, third-party charges and ongoing support are quoted separately.
How is white-label PPC priced?
Management is quoted in dollars for the scope: number of accounts, platforms, campaign complexity and any tracking work. Ad spend is paid by your client directly to the platforms and is not part of our fee. You receive a custom quote within 2 working days of reviewing the brief.
How soon can work start?
Work starts once the brief, access and approval contacts are agreed. The proposal confirms the start date and the timing of the first deliverable, which depends on the scope and your client’s availability.
Who pays the ad spend?
Your client pays the advertising platform directly. Our fee covers management only.
Can you work inside our manager account?
Yes. We work through your Google Ads manager account or Meta Business access, so the accounts stay under your agency and client.
Do you set up conversion tracking?
Yes, where the account needs it. Completed actions are tracked separately from call and WhatsApp clicks.
Do you write the ad copy and creative?
We write ad copy and can prepare simple creative; your agency approves everything before launch.
How quickly do you handle urgent changes?
We agree a response time for urgent changes, such as pausing a campaign, when the engagement starts.
What happens if a client changes the brief?
We pause the affected work, agree the change with your agency and confirm any effect on scope, timing or cost before continuing.
