AI ad creatives
Create meaningful variations that test an idea: the offer, opening message or visual emphasis. Minor colour changes are not a substitute for a creative hypothesis.

In short
What does AI ad creatives involve?
AI ad creatives produce static and motion ad variations quickly for testing on Google and Meta.
When AI ad creatives is a useful fit
Advertisers needing many variations
Vary a defined message while keeping the offer and factual claims consistent.
D2C brands
Check product depiction, brand details and image rights before testing variations.
Agencies
Separate concept production, client approval and campaign-performance evaluation.
Problems worth addressing first
Use these situations to identify the work that deserves attention before expanding the scope.
- Creative fatigue raises costs
- Design capacity is limited
A practical example
A campaign can compare a product-use demonstration with a question-led graphic while keeping the audience and offer consistent enough to interpret the result.
This is an illustrative scenario to explain the approach, not a claimed client project.
The work we can include
The final quote identifies the deliverables, quantities, approvals and exclusions. Select the work that serves your goal rather than assuming every item is required.

Where we usually begin
Brand assets, claim approvals, likeness rights, production formats and paid-media testing are agreed. AI-generated visuals must not misrepresent the product.
Practical detail
Test a message, not several changes at once
For an illustrative repair campaign, concept A leads with service coverage and concept B leads with the booking process. Both use the same approved offer and contact action.
| Part of the work | Example output | How to review it |
|---|---|---|
| Concept A | “Repair support in your genuine service area” with an approved work visual | The location and service availability are accurate. |
| Concept B | “Send your appliance details for the next step” with a clear process visual | The promised response matches the business workflow. |
| Controlled comparison | Keep audience, offer and destination consistent where the test design allows | The hypothesis identifies which message difference is being assessed. |
| Delivery pack | Approved variations, editable/source files where agreed and format list | The team knows which assets are ready for each placement. |
Check brand accuracy, text readability, asset rights and unsupported claims before testing. A small performance difference may be inconclusive rather than a winning creative.
Use variants to test a message, not to manufacture proof
AI-assisted creative can produce alternative layouts or visual treatments for an approved offer. The starting point should be the product, audience and factual message. It must not invent customer results, endorsements or a product feature to make an ad more compelling.
Choose what varies across versions: the introduction, visual arrangement or explanation. Keep the core offer and review conditions clear so a comparison remains interpretable. Image rights, brand assets and current advertising requirements need approval.
Check readability, realistic product representation and the destination match. Review supported campaign outcomes alongside creative engagement. A visually striking version is not automatically the most useful for suitable enquiries.
Free AI project review
Start with a clear scope and a practical next step.
Tell us what you want to improve and share the relevant website or project details. We will review the starting point, recommend a suitable scope and provide a custom quote.
The initial review is free. Delivery, third-party charges and ongoing support are quoted separately.
Process
How the work is delivered
Review the starting point
Review the current setup, examples of the problem and the information needed to agree the work.
Agree scope and sign-off
We start with real examples of the task and approved information. A small, clearly defined pilot tests usefulness, failure cases and the level of human oversight before wider rollout.
Deliver and review
Evaluation includes inaccurate answers, unavailable tools and uncertain requests. Provider charges, monitoring and updates are defined separately; the business keeps an accountable human owner.
Hand over the next steps
Review the agreed outputs together. Confirm what your team maintains and what needs a separate ongoing arrangement.
What progress should mean
Measures that match the work
Compare qualified enquiries or purchases alongside creative delivery metrics. Keep an experiment record so the next batch reflects what was learned.
A record of delivery
See what was completed, reviewed and still dependent on access or approvals. Project delivery and business results are reported separately.
Clear limits in the data
We explain what can be verified and where a result is only an estimate. Contact clicks, conversations and sales are different actions.
Scope and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your business accounts and approved deliverables under the agreed contract. Any third-party licences, subscriptions or usage fees are identified before you commit.
Can generated images replace actual product evidence?
They should not be presented as proof of a real result or product detail they do not accurately show. Use actual approved imagery for factual demonstrations. Generated concepts can support illustration where their role is clear and the client approves the representation.
Can AI create unlimited usable variations?
It can produce drafts quickly, but every published asset still needs approval. Volume is not a substitute for an accurate offer and an interpretable test.
What files do we receive?
The quote names final formats, dimensions and any editable files. Rights to third-party source assets are confirmed separately.
Are the creatives on brand?
Yes; every creative is checked against your guidelines.
How is AI ad creatives priced?
We quote against your goals, current setup and agreed scope. The quote separates delivery from third-party costs and ongoing support. You receive a custom quote within 2 working days.
How long does the work take?
The timeline follows the size of the agreed scope, access, content and approvals. We confirm milestones in the quote; a simple change and a full implementation need different schedules.
How will we communicate?
Your point of contact agrees a review rhythm with you. We use email, WhatsApp and scheduled calls, with decisions and scope changes recorded clearly.
What do you need to get started?
Share your current website or system, your main goal and examples of what is not working. We then agree the access and information needed for discovery.
Is everything included in the free review?
No. The free initial review helps define the next step. Detailed research, design, implementation and ongoing support are included only when stated in your quote.
